Meeting Space Requests – IUCr2026
This form may be used by IUCr Commissions to request space for commission meetings, as well as by committees, scientific groups, affiliated organizations, and corporate partners seeking to convene during the IUCr2026 Congress.
Requests may encompass a variety of activities, such as business, committee, or group meetings, social events, and similar gatherings.
The information you provide will help the Congress Secretariat assess space needs and coordinate scheduling as effectively as possible.
To submit a meeting space request, please complete the form below with your contact information, preferred date(s) and time(s), estimated number of participants, type of event, and any support or setup needs.
Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee meeting space. All requests are subject to availability, logistical considerations, and Congress scheduling priorities. Official IUCr activities—including Commission meetings and other IUCr-sanctioned functions—will be given first priority. Remaining requests will be reviewed and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Unless the meeting is an official IUCr activity, all costs associated with food and beverage, audiovisual services, and any additional setup requirements will be the responsibility of the requesting group. Once your request has been reviewed, a member of the Congress Secretariat will contact you with confirmation details or next steps.
